Location - Pensacola, FL
Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care within an acute care hospital setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions across the continuum of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized plans of care aligned with physician orders

Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and care plans

Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Manage and prioritize daily caseloads and assist with care coordination and handoffs

Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)

Active State Physical Therapist license

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of start date)
