Casual and Upscale Casual Restaurant Managers and Chefs needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Indianapolis region. The right candidates need to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. In addition, likes to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 3 years minimum Restaurant Manager
- 3 years minimum Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
- Servant leader mentality
- Scratch kitchen experience a plus
- 3-5$ million in annual revenue
