As a Back Office Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial team at Pacific Netting Products. You will handle day-to-day administrative functions that streamline the sales cycle, improve communication with customers, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Your work helps ensure that client needs are met efficiently and that the sales team is equipped to succeed.
Essential Duties
- Generate and manage sales orders, quotes, and customer documentation in coordination with the sales team
- Maintain up-to-date records of clients, projects, and communications in our ERP and CRM systems (SAP Business One preferred)
- Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and invoicing
- Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
- Assist with tender submissions, client onboarding, and renewal documentation
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support customer correspondence
- Ensure consistent application of internal processes and document control standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP Business One is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies
- Experience with Microsoft suite including Outlook and Word
- Marine industry background or experience a plus
- Mechanically inclined creative thinker who is self-directed and team-oriented

The work environment is primarily an office setting with low noise levels, However, this position may occasionally require an individual to be exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes/airborne particles and infrequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions; extremes of cold/heat, humid conditions for brief periods if and when travelling or at a project site
