Position: Data Entry Administrator (100% On-Site)
Location: Morristown, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
Assignment Duration: Through the end of the year
Reporting To: Mike Weir- Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Place phone calls and send emails to banks and vendors to request specific information.

Accurately enter collected responses into a spreadsheet.

Communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing, with external contacts.

Support a special project focused on sustainability by gathering information (e.g., paper usage) and recording answers—no prior sustainability knowledge required, just strong information-gathering skills.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
