Job Description

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and computerized, to ensure easy access to documents.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately into various software applications, including Sage 50. Training will be offered.

  • Support personal assistant duties as needed, including handling correspondence and organizing office supplies.

  • Pay bills/Write checks

  • Organize/match packing slips to invoices/pay invoice/file

  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheet software

  • Part-time work, flexible hours/days

  • Approximately 18 hours per week

  • Pay $13 per hour
