Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable, driven, and strategic Business Development & Asset Management Analyst to work directly with the President of a multi-billion-dollar real estate investment, development, and management company with a diverse portfolio across hospitality, multifamily, and commercial assets.
It is a high-impact position designed for a business-minded professional who will operate as an extension of the President, supporting strategic initiatives, driving execution, and contributing to the performance and growth of the overall portfolio.

Position Overview
You will work closely with the President on business-critical initiatives, asset performance, and investment strategy. This role provides exposure to all facets of the business, including development, operations, asset management, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Strategy & Leadership Support
- Act as a strategic partner to the President, supporting decision-making across all business lines
- Participate in executive meetings, investor discussions, and operational reviews; capture key insights and ensure follow-through
- Prepare high-level presentations, investment summaries, and executive reporting materials
- Track and drive execution of key initiatives across departments
Asset Management & Portfolio Oversight
- Monitor performance across hospitality, multifamily, and commercial assets, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets
- Analyze asset-level KPIs including revenue, NOI, labor costs, and expense controls
- Partner with property-level leadership to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for value creation
- Support asset repositioning strategies, capital improvement plans, and operational enhancements
- Conduct site visits to evaluate property performance, physical condition, and guest/resident experience
- Prepare asset performance reports and recommendations for ownership
Business Development & Investments
- Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of new investment opportunities
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Assist in underwriting, due diligence, and investment presentations
- Track pipeline activity, partnerships, and development opportunities
Financial & Analytical Support
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking across multiple entities
- Build and maintain financial models and performance dashboards
- Prepare executive-level summaries to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
Project Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across operations, development, and investment teams
- Track deliverables, timelines, and accountability across multiple projects
- Lead special projects, research assignments, and operational analyses
- Ensure alignment and communication across departments to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred)
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, private equity, or investment environments preferred
- Understanding of asset management, financial reporting, and operational performance metrics
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar systems is a plus
- Exceptional communication, organization, and execution skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
