Employment Type: 40 hrs per week / 8 hrs per day
Compensation: $30/hour (W2 only – Sponsorship not available)

Position Summary:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the entire recruitment and onboarding process for Yum!’s D&T team. From interview scheduling and candidate communication to onboarding logistics and process improvement — you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
✅ Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting Support:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews (onsite, virtual, panel) across time zones
• Maintain candidate communication alongside recruiters
• Update and manage recruitment trackers
Onboarding Coordination:
• Oversee pre-hire processes and Day 1 onboarding
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and IT setup
• Partner with hiring teams to support a seamless new hire experience
Project Management:
• Use Monday.com (or similar tools) to track recruitment activities and timelines
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting
• Jump into ad hoc HR projects as needed
Candidate Experience:
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for candidate questions and logistics
• Ensure a high-touch, professional, and smooth hiring experience
Process Improvement:
• Identify and streamline bottlenecks in the recruiting process
• Help document workflows and implement tool enhancements
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with onboarding and HR systems (Oracle preferred)
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Trello, or similar PM tools
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• A passion for process improvement and recruitment excellence
