- Answering phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Book travel itineraries
- Document/ contract preparation
- Manage bill payments
- Greeting and anticipating the needs of clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Organizing and maintaining a filing system
- Data entry and data tracking
- Various administrative projects assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Worked with MS Excel and have a good understanding of data structure (knowing some formulas is preferred).
- Some Mail Merge experience preferred but not required.
- Analytical mind – able to spot inconsistencies with data and be able to come up with solutions.
- High attention to detail.
- Eager to learn

- Current student or completed Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous office experience or desire to gain experience in a professional office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to interact positively and cooperatively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to work in a team atmosphere or independently
