Registered Nurse (RN) – Nephrology | Chronic Hemodialysis

Are you a dedicated and compassionate RN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care? We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses with nephrology experience to join a dynamic healthcare team, providing life-saving dialysis treatments and comprehensive patient support.

What You’ll Bring:
• Minimum 1 year of nephrology nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• Chronic Hemodialysis experience is required – your expertise is key to excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ongoing patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and adjust individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis treatments, kidney health, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Participate in emergency response protocols and assist in critical care situations.
• Support, mentor, and guide Patient Care Technicians, LPNs/LVNs, and fellow RNs in daily operations.
• Ensure proper collection, processing, and documentation of lab specimens.
• Promote patient awareness of transplant and treatment modality options.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or completion prior to start).
• Must meet applicable state nursing practice requirements.

Leadership Growth Opportunity:
• Eligible to serve as Team Leader or Nurse in Charge upon completion of onboarding and training.
o Must have at least 9 months of RN experience.
o Must have a minimum of 3 months of chronic/acute Hemodialysis RN experience.
