- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, FDA regulations (Food and Drug Administration), OSHA standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics providers, carriers, and freight companies to optimize transportation management and fleet operations.
- Prepare accurate regulatory reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation to meet legal and company standards.
- Monitor supply chain activities to identify potential risks or delays, implementing proactive risk management strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, regulatory filings, and compliance reports through precise report writing.
- Stay updated on changes in trade policies, customs procedures, and safety regulations to ensure ongoing adherence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or import/export operations has priority but we provide training for entry level candidates who are quick learners and eager to learn.
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail for regulatory reporting purposes.
- Ability to navigate complex compliance requirements while maintaining efficiency in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
