As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development in enterprise accounts from prospecting to close.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Build relationships with C-Suite executives, technology leaders, and HR/talent stakeholders.
- Position the company as a trusted advisor in tech skills development.
- Lead and manage complex sales cycles ($200k+) with a consultative, value-based approach.
- Collaborate with business development reps, customer success managers, field marketing, and product teams.
- Travel as needed (up to 30%) to meet customers and advance opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a focus on multi-threaded, complex deals.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing six-figure deals.
- Strong hunter mentality with expertise in prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and other executives.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar value-based enterprise sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- SaaS and enterprise software sales experience required; EdTech sales experience is a plus.
