As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development in enterprise accounts from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with C-Suite executives, technology leaders, and HR/talent stakeholders.
  • Position the company as a trusted advisor in tech skills development.
  • Lead and manage complex sales cycles ($200k+) with a consultative, value-based approach.
  • Collaborate with business development reps, customer success managers, field marketing, and product teams.
  • Travel as needed (up to 30%) to meet customers and advance opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a focus on multi-threaded, complex deals.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing six-figure deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality with expertise in prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Experience selling to senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and other executives.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar value-based enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • SaaS and enterprise software sales experience required; EdTech sales experience is a plus.
