Director of Sales, Dietary Supplements
Location: Remote | Reports To: CEO & COO | Type: Full-Time, Executive Level
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships in the dietary supplements industry. This role requires a strategic sales leader who can both design and execute growth strategies while expanding our domestic and international footprint.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Leverage established industry relationships to accelerate growth.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across supplement brands.

Negotiate contracts, licensing, and distribution agreements with key partners.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and product development teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications

8+ years of progressive sales leadership within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or health & wellness.

Proven ability to exceed multimillion-dollar sales quotas.

Strong, existing network with decision-makers in supplement brands.

Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing key accounts.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Deep knowledge of the dietary supplements landscape, including distribution and regulatory trends.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 annually

Incentives: 5% commission on new business + 1.5% residual on repeat orders
