Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't your average front desk job. You'll be the heartbeat of the office, wearing multiple hats and playing a key role in both the client experience and daily operations.

  • Be the first point of contact for clients (phones, walk-ins, payments, and follow-ups)
  • Manage policy changes, process documents, and handle daily service requests
  • Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Think of yourself as part air traffic controller, part customer care wizard
  • Support producers and teammates with service tasks, renewals, and account updates
  • Create a positive and welcoming experience for every client, every time

Requirements

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

  • A natural multi-tasker who loves to stay busy and check things off a list
  • Someone who can stay calm under pressure and keep things organized, even when it gets hectic
  • A problem-solver who isn't afraid to take initiative or ask the right questions
  • A friendly, empathetic human who just genuinely loves to help others
  • Confident in managing your own workload without needing micromanagement
  • Able to laugh at yourself and roll with the punches. A good sense of humor and thick skin go a long way

Requirements:

  • Must work in-office full-time.
  • 6+ months of experience in customer service, front desk, or retail preferred
  • Experience handling payments (cash/checks) and accurate documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Completion of a 40-hour Property & Casualty licensing course and passing the state exam prior to your start date (we reimburse up to $320 total after passing)
  • Must complete agency system and carrier training upon hire
