We manufacture plastic parts for various products, primarily for medical purposes such as mouth guards and hard plastic cases for gaming systems. As a Plastic Injection Mold Operator, you will work with both automated and manual injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic medical parts. Your role will include performing trimming, visual inspections, and medical documentation in a clean room environment. Occasionally, you may operate small equipment like sealing machines, packaging machines, folder machines, and sonic welders.
Responsibilities
- Operate automated and manual injection molding machines to produce plastic medical parts.
- Perform trimming and visual inspections of products.
- Conduct medical documentation in a clean room environment.
- Operate small equipment, including sealing machines, packaging machines, folder machines, and sonic welders.
Essential Skills
- Experience in manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with injection mold operations and plastic production.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills and trainable attitude.
- Comfortable working in a clean room with required gowning.
- Ability to adhere to dress code: white collar shirt, black pants, matching brown or black shoes.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
