Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mill Operator /Maintenance Manager to join our hog farm in Elida. Brennco Inc. is a family farm with a robust family culture.
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Welding and Fabrication</li>
<li>Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly</li>
<li>Greasing and maintaining equipment</li>
<li>Perform everyday mill tasks, such as mixing feed, operating mill computer</li>
<li>Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely for loading/unloading raw materials</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Basic math skills for measurements and calculations</li>
</ul>
Secondary Tasks- not required, but helpful
<ul>
<li>Delivering feed (no CDL required)</li>
<li>Picking up mill ingredients (no CDL required)</li>
</ul>
