Position Overview
Seeking a full-time School Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. The selected candidate will support multiple schools district-wide and provide services to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
This role focuses on helping students develop, improve, and maintain the skills necessary for academic participation and daily school activities.
Responsibilities

Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional performance skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration

Provide direct and consultative OT services
-
Support classroom adaptations and assistive strategies
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

Manage caseload across multiple school sites
Required Qualifications
-
Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) License
-
Experience working in a school setting preferred

Experience with K–12 student populations

Strong documentation and communication skills

Ability to travel between schools within the district
