Title:Technical Recruiter

Job Location: Foster City, CA

Duration: ~6 Months

The Pay rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.

Technical Recruiter, Hardware (Contract)

Location: Foster City, CA (hybrid)

Schedule: This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City, CA office (HQ).

In this high-impact role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of critical Hardware positions, which may span Vehicle Development, Advanced Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability, and Manufacturing Operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, partnering closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements, source, recruit, and close world-class engineering talent.

This position requires a unique blend of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be genuinely passionate about our Client’s mission.

Note: This opportunity will start as a contract role, with the potential for conversion to a full-time position.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership
  • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 to 10 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
  • Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry
  • Expertise in leveraging an ATS (we use Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines
  • Experience working for a recruiting agency
  • Experience managing complex technical roles
