Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Diagnose, assess, and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic wounds using the latest evidence-based protocols.

Perform all necessary advanced procedures, including wound debridement and biopsies, on-site.

Serve as the key clinical liaison, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care plans with external providers and home health agencies.

Maintain the highest standards of EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.

Deliver comprehensive education and resources to patients and caregivers.
Required Credentials and Experience

Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Michigan Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner is required.

Attributes: Must be highly organized, self-directed, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills.

Mobility: Valid driver's license and consistent access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills

Clinical background in wound care, palliative care, or geriatrics is a strong asset.

Holding or actively pursuing a Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWS, CWCN) is a plus.
