Your Role as HR Assistant
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR operations across multiple branches. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with new hire onboarding, orientation preparation, and employee terminations

Tracking and coordinating start dates, orientation schedules, and licensing requirements

Processing background checks (OKScreen) and verifying eligibility for hire

Handling I-9 verification, new hire reporting, and digital file management

Supporting recruitment efforts by monitoring staffing needs and assisting with applicant communication

Responding to HR-related inquiries from employees and candidates
-
Performing general administrative support and special projects as needed
This position requires the ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of office experience (required)

At least 1 year of HR experience (preferred)

Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is a plus
-
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Comfortable navigating compliance and licensure requirements in a healthcare setting
Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- On site only, no remote work available
