Functional Analyst
EMKS is seeking a Functional Analyst
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, reviewing, and documenting requirements of a project/program throughout its lifecycle.
- Conducting research to identify trends, preparing and revising proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Performing analytical tasks to ensure the project supports its goals and objectives.
- Gathering, analyzing, and communicating requirements and changes to business processes, policies, etc., between internal and external key stakeholders.
- Providing general support for the project team: creating, managing, and disbursing reports related to the project.
- Maintaining project assets, communications, and related database(s);
- Providing operational support to the government Program Office.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and maintain eligibility for a DoD security clearance - interim or adjudicated SECRET clearance.
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently with sufficient clarity to effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of clients and key stakeholders.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience and technical expertise; preferably within the Military Health System (MHS);
- Possess a Bachelor's (BS/BA) or post-graduate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Clearance:
A Secret clearance is desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
