The Assembler will test; trouble shoot and replace parts on servers and computers for diagnosis and repair.
Main Responsibility:

- Inspect, test, and diagnose
- Replace parts as needed
- Conduct and analyze stress tests
- Document all symptoms, test results, and parts replaced in shop floor tool
- Provide back up for QC, inspection, and motherboard testing
Basic Skills Required

- Know basic assembly
- Know how to assemble components to make electronics function
- Run and understand testing diagnostics
- Understand basic error codes
- Able to troubleshoot common errors and issues
- Motivated to solve problems
Qualifications - Education & Experience
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- 6 months or more of experience in a repair area
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Must be able to use hands, wrists, and fingers with coordination to constantly use a computer keyboard, and other small handheld tools.
- Must be hands-on, have ambition and drive to succeed and make things happen.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
