Mechanical Air Conditioning is a multi-generational, 40-year old, family-owned company dedicated to providing a customer-first experience. We are committed to delivering white-glove service for our customers by providing an unmatched commitment to their comfort with the right HVAC system, service, maintenance and indoor air quality.
This position is based out of our office located at 8050 Monetary Drive, Riviera Beach, 33404.
This is not a remote position.

Pay: $18 per hour base pay PLUS UNCAPPED Commissions
Schedule is typically Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, but may extend to 7 PM.
Must have weekend availability.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline and first voice of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your core skills in customer service, data entry, and phone etiquette will be essential in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base and drive revenue through upselling. Your relevant skills in Microsoft Office and call center operations will further enhance your ability to deliver top-notch service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Answer customer calls to schedule maintenance and service appointments
- Make outbound calls, as required, to schedule customers for service or maintenance
- Effectively enter data into the dispatching system
- Efficiently resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Strong data entry skills required
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of customers and company personnel in a friendly and professional manner
