Customer Service Representative
ABT Mechanical is a local family owned and operated HVAC company servicing all of Utah for over 30 years. We provide a wide array of HVAC services for homes, and business structures alike. Including installation, repair, replacement and maintenance services.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for our company!
Work Hours: 8am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour - Depending on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed
- Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Monitor incoming phone calls, after-hour requests, and chatlines
- Manage memberships including scheduling visits, renewing expiring memberships, and setting up payment plans for memberships
- Plan work-related travel details
- Maintain and order office supplies and filters
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous HVAC industry strongly preferred
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
- Advanced level skills using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized
- Service Titan Experience Preferred
