Job DescriptionJob Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales and enrollment strategy for our daycare centers and tutoring services. This individual will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, developing lead workflows, and optimizing the entire enrollment process to grow our student base and strengthen community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales and lead management process to increase enrollment across all center locations
  • Manage and respond to incoming leads from various sources (website, phone, email, walk-ins, marketing campaigns, etc.)
  • Create and maintain a structured follow-up workflow, including email, text, and call sequences to cultivate leads
  • Schedule and conduct tours or assign them to designated team members; ensure a high-conversion experience
  • Track lead progress and enrollment metrics using CRM or sales software
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with enrollment goals
  • Train and coach front desk and administrative staff on enrollment best practices
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on lead conversion rates and trends
  • Build strong relationships with prospective families through timely, personalized communication

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, enrollment, or admissions (childcare, education, or service-based industries preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead tracking tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy development

Preferred:

  • Experience configuring CRM systems
  • Experience managing and training in sales
  • English and Spanish speaking
