About this opportunity

Under the supervision of the Loan Servicing Manager, performs a variety of Loan Servicing functions in connection with Commercial, Real Estate and consumer loans including processing the final closing and distribution of paid loans, preparation of payoff demand statements, and maintenance, tracking and review of all pending loan documents and exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents while coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain any missing information.

  • Serve as the main contact for borrowers by assisting with required documentation, and addressing questions about loan status, paperwork, and processing timelines.

  • Monitor loan application progress and manage workflow by coordinating appraisals, title work, and other third‑party services to ensure deadlines are met and files are completed on time.

  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity in the loan system while preparing and reviewing mortgage documents and providing support to other mortgage operations departments as needed.

Location and Schedule

  • This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ.

  • Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);

  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning;

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges;

  • Associate's degree (required) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
