Location: Harrison Twp, Mi
Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00 am-2:30 pm 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm-2:00 am
Pay Rate: $16.25 - $17.25
Are you a reliable and safety-conscious individual with a strong attention to detail? AcroBlue Commercial Staffing is seeking Operators to join a dynamic production team dedicated to quality and efficiency.
As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for constructing and assembling components and parts to meet customer specifications, ensuring 100% delivery, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts to meet quality and customer standards
- Follow written work instructions (ODS) and communicate production or quality issues
- Perform visual inspections and identify defects or material issues
- Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, and other tools
- Secure fasteners using manual, hydraulic, or electric tools
- Apply adhesives, gaskets, and labels correctly
- Operate assembly and Poke Yoke equipment correctly
- Package goods professionally and according to instructions
- Maintain safety standards and report unsafe conditions
- Participate in daily shift meetings and 5S workplace organization
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage and record quarantine stock and goods receipt notes
- Support the team with general production needs as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic assembly equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus
