Perform general landscaping labor including planting, digging, mulching, trimming, and site cleanup

Handle heavy lifting (materials, tools, equipment) regularly throughout the day

Apply fertilizer and assist with lawn treatments (experience a plus)

Walk, bend, and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions

Follow safety protocols and directions from crew leads

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Assist team members and contribute to job site efficiency
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of landscaping or general outdoor labor experience

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks daily

Comfortable working in hot and changing weather conditions

Reliable transportation to job sites

Willingness to learn and be trained on new tasks

Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
Preferred but Not Required:

Fertilizer or chemical handling experience (proper training provided)
