Are you a top performing Fluid Power and Reliability Specialist in the Central or South Florida Area wanting to take your career to the next level?

Candidate will help customers achieve their fluid power and reliability goals by utilizing their technical and product knowledge to determine the best solution for the customer. Candidate must be comfortable with team selling and be willing to utilize internal and external resources/specialists on a regular basis.
- Make 10-12 customer visits weekly utilizing both in person and virtual selling.
- Act as a consultant helping to solve customer's problems around fluid power and reliability.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow both existing and targeted new customers.
- Manage new business opportunities and document activities through the funnel process using our CRM (HubSpot).
- Achieve yearly growth goals in both profitability and focus product lines.
- Manage and present complex projects throughout the sales cycle.
- Be a champion of time management and control your calendar.
Requirements:
Requirements: We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, is self-motivated, enjoys ethically beating competitors, and has a strong track record of performance in previous roles.
- Expertise in hydraulic and lubrication systems
- Able to understand and troubleshoot customers’ fluid power systems, processes, and procedures.
- Comfortable designing hydraulic systems and schematics preferred.
- Commitment to personal development in technical aptitude, product knowledge, and professional selling
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical engineering degree with process control experience preferred. Candidates with Hydraulic and/or pneumatic certifications are also valuable.
- Working knowledge of fluid power and Controls including:
- Engineering and Integration Services – Filtration systems, hydraulic power units, custom hydraulic manifolds, and custom wiring harnesses.
- Hydraulic valves and cylinders (Bimba/TRD, Milwaukee, Moog, Continental, Hydraforce)
- Lubrication (Perma)
- Filtration (Hypro)
- Mobile Hydraulic and Control Systems (Hydraforce, Continental, and Murr/Data Panel)
