Position Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, mentor and motivate your team, and ensure the highest level of customer service. This role requires a proven leader with a strong automotive sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed goals.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and profitability.

  • Manage inventory presentation for both new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring the showroom reflects brand standards.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and referrals.

  • Monitor KPIs, prepare sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales staff.

  • Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven automotive sales management experience.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement action plans.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
