Sales Support Representative – Order Management

$22–$24/hr | Monday–Friday | Austell, GA

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established packaging company in the Austell area to hire two Sales Support Representatives to support an Outside Sales team and manage customer orders from quote through delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating details, and supporting sales in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

Support an Outside Sales Representative by managing an assigned customer territory
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism
Prepare quotations, update pricing, and maintain accurate order data
Work with suppliers and procurement to confirm pricing and lead times
Coordinate transportation and delivery details for assigned customers
Process product sample requests, pricing disputes, and returns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written)
Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Packaging industry experience (rigid or corrugated)
Associate degree in Business or related field
Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Austell, GA area (on-site)
