What You’ll Do
As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to help them understand and choose the right health coverage for their needs. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through important financial and healthcare decisions.
- Meet with new and existing clients (virtually and/or in person)
- Present and explain coverage options using company-provided tools
- Help clients select plans that fit their needs and budget
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on referrals and schedule appointments
- Work toward personal goals with ongoing support and coaching
