- Prepare and maintain operating rooms for surgical procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs and condition throughout surgeries
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with sterile techniques and safety protocols
- Support post-operative care and documentation
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Operating Room experience
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and patient care standards
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
