Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and service-focused Receptionist 3 to support a detail-oriented office environment in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract position for someone who brings a hospitality-driven approach to front desk operations and creates a welcoming, high-quality experience for visitors, employees, and vendors. The ideal candidate is confident, attentive, and comfortable serving as the first point of contact while handling administrative and security-related reception tasks with care.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a courteous, experienced presence that reflects a high standard of service.
• Manage the front desk throughout the workday and serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, directions, and office support needs.
• Coordinate visitor check-in procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure all registrations are completed according to site expectations.
• Connect guests, employees, and vendors with the appropriate internal contacts and onsite resources to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Support badge administration by issuing access credentials, monitoring inventory, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding-related tracking.
• Maintain organized logs for parking, vehicle activity, vendor visits, and other reception-related documentation using designated systems and dashboards.
• Contribute to workplace safety by following access control practices and assisting with established emergency and security procedures within the scope of the role.
• Provide arrival and onsite support for meetings or events to help deliver a seamless and detail-oriented guest experience.
• Participate in service reviews or audits and uphold hospitality standards through consistent execution and accountability.• Prior experience in reception, hospitality, concierge, or a similar customer-facing position in a detail-oriented setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests, employees, vendors, and business partners.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering a high-touch service experience with warmth and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain at the front desk for most of the day while managing multiple requests in an organized and responsive manner.
• Experience handling visitor logs, badge processes, security-related procedures, or other administrative tracking responsibilities.
• Comfort using workplace technology for data entry, reporting, dashboards, and ticketing or building support systems.
• Dependable time management skills and the ability to follow established procedures, protocols, and service standards.
• Fluency in English and the ability to present information clearly in person, by phone, and through written communication.
