Financial Business Support Analyst – Cost Basis Team
Support tax reporting operations by ensuring accurate cost basis updates and resolving discrepancies in financial records.
Core Duties:

Process routine transactions (data entry, trade/payment updates)

Research and correct cost basis errors

Respond to client inquiries via service gateway/email

Maintain accurate tax lot records
Must-Have Skills:

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong grasp of financial regulations and policies

Detail-oriented with analytical mindset
Preferred Skills:

Experience with financial statements/tax reporting

Clear written and verbal communication

Team collaboration and independent work capability

Positive attitude in fast-paced settings

Flexibility during peak periods (e.g., tax season)
