Join Vault Consulting in a unique position that supports our outsourced HR team! This is an exciting position for an HR professional with two to four years of experience with payroll & benefits administration to deepen their knowledge in human resources. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow. Our firm has embraced a hybrid work environment and you will have the opportunity to work onsite at HQ and remotely.

Here is a summary of our expectations:
As a key member of the Vault’s Human Resources Services (HRS) consulting team, the HR Coordinator is responsible for a variety of outsourced HR functions for Vault clients. The HR Coordinator will be a point of contact for clients, facilitate select human resources processes, be responsive to client and supervisor requests, and act as a liaison between clients and their respective vendors. The Human Resources Coordinator assists clients, specifically payroll and benefits administration, to administer HR functions in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as advise on plan provisions. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS data entry. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Vault human resources team and other Vault business units per client needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field
- Two to four years of experience in internal or outsourced human resources, payroll and benefits administration
- Passion and commitment to providing quality internal and external client service and guidance
- Superior computer skills and ability to learn HRIS, HRM, and quickly
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Pro-active, self-motivated, entrepreneurial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
