Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to a department or business unit and serves as a key resource in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact between internal departments, external partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and related event support.
- Assist with preparing meeting materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Resolve routine administrative issues and help ensure smooth workflow across the team.
- Process and maintain records related to expenses, purchasing requests, personnel documentation, and departmental budgets.
- Support payroll-related activities and review invoice coding for accuracy.
- Compile data and assist in creating reports, summaries, analyses, and special projects as requested.
- Perform additional administrative duties and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of office administration practices and business support functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
