Our Career Environments (Program, Functional, Service, and Leadership) provide numerous opportunities for employees to invest in their personal growth and those things that offer fulfillment. We invest in helping our members create and execute their career development plans. Our Pods (small teams of 5 or less) are comprised of personnel with similar skillsets to ensure mentorship, understanding, and peer support.
OVERVIEW:
- Primarily manages through subordinate management and/or directly manages experienced specialists.
- Contributes to the development of the strategy and operational direction.
- Accountable for managing and communicating short and long-term direction.
- Establishes and implements tactical and operational plans with significant impact on the achievement of functional results.
- Has responsibility for communicating with diverse parties external to the organization.
- Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-unit project or program teams or manage across multiple functions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in aligning people, processes, and technologies into a unified operations framework to improve visibility, reduce duplication, increase efficiency and standardize detection and response services across the SOC.
- Experience with standard SOC tools and architecture required
- A Project Management Professional Certification (PMP or equivalent) plus eight (8) years of experience in cybersecurity OR ten (10) years of documented cybersecurity project management experience.
