NOW HIRING TEAM DRIVERS
Team Driver Pay Miles
- $1.10 per mile (split)
- Fleet average: $120,000 per year
- 2,700 average miles per week
- Out Back runs: El Paso ⇄ Salt Lake City
- Dry Van freight
- Consistent, predictable lanes

Team Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age: 21
- 6 months OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
- Good MVR (reviewed individually)
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
