This is a full-time position. Work hours include M -F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary

The Program Administrator provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the effective delivery of organizational programs. This role supports program managers and leadership by managing documentation, schedules, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for all PRN programs including Day School. Assisting with attendance, transport coordination, academic assessment, etc.
  • Coordinate program activities, schedules, meetings, and events
  • Maintain accurate program records, databases, and files
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and program documentation
  • Track program timelines, deliverables, and deadlines

  • Oversee the following duties: human resource management; policy and procedures development and implementation; quality assurance; regulatory compliance and accountability; overall professionalism of the agency; responsibility for the daily operation of the agency; overall direction and responsibility for the children/youth program, facility, and fiscal management; oversight of trauma-informed care pans that are approved by the Department; overall direction and responsibility for supervision of adequate staffing as defined in rule; the selection and training of a staff member who can assume responsibility for managing the facility in administrator’s absence; and establishment of resources with the community.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program participants, vendors, and partners
  • Support data collection and performance tracking
  • Assist with audits, monitoring visits, and internal reviews
  • Collaborate with staff across departments to support program goals

Qualifications

  • Administrator must have received a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • 3 years of verified experience in the human services field, one (1) of which was in a supervisory or administrative position.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Experience with grants, contracts, or government-funded programs a plus
