Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part-time basis, providing services to K12 students in a behavioral health clinic setting. This role focuses on addressing speech and language needs in the context of behavioral and mental health challenges, collaborating with clinicians, educators, and families to support each students overall development and communication goals.
Schedule & Hours:

Part-time, 25 hours per week

Schedule flexible within clinic operating hours

Services provided on-site, with potential for hybrid or telepractice depending on clinic and student needs
Caseload:

Serving K12 students with speech and language needs
-
Students may present with behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges that impact communication

Caseload size varies depending on student needs and clinic scheduling
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy tailored to the behavioral and developmental needs of each student

Conduct assessments and participate in individualized treatment planning

Collaborate with behavioral health providers, teachers, and families to support student progress

Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as appropriate
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience working with K12 students preferred

Familiarity with behavioral health or mental health settings a plus

Comfortable using clinic-based or telepractice platforms for therapy

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
