- Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) – Telemetry Nursing\n
- Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00 – 07:00)\n
- Duration: 13 weeks (Start: January 19, 2026 – End: April 20, 2026)\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend required\n
- Orientation: 36 hours\n
- Scrubs: Navy blue or white\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience in U.S. healthcare settings\n
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required\n
- Proficiency with Cerner charting system\n
- Ability to float to other units as needed\n
- Previous charge nurse experience preferred\n
- Willingness to work every other weekend\n
- First-time travel nurses welcome\n
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius of Du Bois, PA\n
- Must complete PA fingerprinting and Childline process promptly upon contract signing\n
\n\nTelemetry RN Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with respiratory and cardiac diagnoses\n
- Monitor and interpret telemetry, manage cardiac drips (no titration), and respond to rapid changes in patient condition\n
- Administer medications, blood products, and manage central, PICC, and peripheral lines\n
- Perform patient assessments, document in Cerner, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members\n
- Float to other units as required and adapt to varying patient ratios (typically 6:1 on night shifts)\n
- Participate in pre/post cardiac procedures, manage feeding tubes, surgical drains, and support post-MI and post-cardiac cath patients\n
- Maintain strict adherence to isolation precautions and infection control protocols\n
