Duties

- Implement training programs focused on food production techniques and customer service excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize Toast POS system for order management, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a managerial role within casual dining or quick service fast food restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques.
- Proven ability to train staff effectively and develop training programs tailored to team needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
