Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Prairie Ridge Health Clinic in the role of Certified Nurse Midwife. This position is a 0.8-1.0 (32-40 hours per week) and will work in the outpatient clinic setting and participate in the inpatient call rotation. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Midwife, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and supervision and/or collaboration as appropriate and accordance with Wisconsin law, provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum as well as well women care. The Midwife will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe care for expectant mothers and their babies.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION

• Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) with valid state licensure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Midwifery, Nursing, or a related field.
• 3 years clinical experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and maternal health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide emotional support and guidance.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make quick, informed decisions.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

FTE: 0.8-1.0 (32-40 hours per week), depending on candidate preference
