Customer Service Representative

TempExperts is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing organization. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Candidates with at least three years of customer service experience are preferred, and experience in a medical or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Process orders, requests, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and service quality standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Requirements/Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience preferred.
• Medical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• High call volume dialer system experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
