This role involves tracking inventory as it arrives and departs from the warehouse. Candidates will be responsible for monitoring equipment using inventory software and Excel. Although SAP experience is beneficial, it is not required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and involves cross-training in other areas, ensuring parts are processed efficiently using Excel. Heavy computer usage is a significant part of this role, and the ability to navigate stairs while carrying parts is essential.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage inventory using software and Excel.
- Monitor equipment and parts to ensure timely processing.
- Cross-train in other areas of the warehouse operations.
- Utilize basic Excel functions such as filters for data tracking.
- Handle heavy computer tasks and data entry.
- Walk up and down stairs carrying parts as needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic functions.
- Computer proficiency for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other inventory software.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and expediting processes.
- Ability to work with work orders and track inventory.

Work Environment
Work in a warehouse setting, remaining on your feet for a full 8-hour shift. Choose from a variety of shifts that best fit your lifestyle, including 1st shift Monday-Friday from 7:00-15:30, 6th shift Monday-Thursday from 15:00-1:30, 7th shift Friday-Sunday from 6:00-18:00, or 8th shift Friday-Sunday from 18:00-6:00. Enjoy structured breaks and the option to work additional hours for a full 40-hour week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
