Are you a skilled administrator looking for a dynamic role that allows you to make a meaningful impact on a dental practice? We are seeking an office manager to oversee operations in Timonium, Maryland.
Responsibilities:
- Foster effective communication and operational efficiency among staff and departments.
- Develop and implement financial and cultural goals to enhance practice performance.
- Manage timecards, set staff schedules, and arrange coverage to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct quarterly individual and team meetings to address concerns, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
- Proficiently cover front desk duties as needed to maintain exceptional customer service.
- Lead hiring processes and manage benefits administration for new and existing employees.
- Oversee bookkeeping, reporting, and budgeting to ensure financial health and compliance.
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business or related field (Preferred)
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance responsibilities across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with staff, management, and vendors.
- Proficiency in front desk duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and administering employee benefits.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, reporting, and budgeting software or systems.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per annum.
