We’re hiring a Shipping Clerk for a temp-to-hire position that offers weekly pay, job stability, and cross-training opportunities. You’ll be a key part of the logistics operation, preparing and processing shipments, performing quality checks, and making sure orders get where they need to go—accurately and on time.

Shipping Clerk Duties:
- Verify order details including quantities, addresses, and shipping instructions
- Prepare shipping documents: bills of lading, labels, and packing slips
- Maintain accurate records of shipped products
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Perform quality checks and ensure shipment accuracy
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $22-23+ per hour
Shipping Clerk Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a shipping clerk
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience using ERP, WMS, or shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, USPS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
