Summary: This full-time position involves overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) environment. Youll supervise technicians, verify prescriptions, provide patient counseling, and ensure pliance with 340B and patient assistance programs. The ideal candidate bines a munity care mindset with clinical precision and operational leadership.

Location: Lockwood, MT (just 5 miles east of Billings) 59101

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, MondayFriday, between 8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Clinical Operations: Verify prescriptions, conduct drug utilization reviews, counsel patients, and ensure adherence to safety and accuracy standards.

Program & pliance Management: Maintain regulatory integrity across 340B/ADAP programs, ensuring all pliance requirements are met.

Workflow & Systems: Manage daily pharmacy operations, oversee POS systems, maintain accurate prescription records, and supervise inventory.

Documentation: Record all patient interactions within the EHR and ensure munication is accurately captured and documented.

Leadership: Supervise and mentor technicians, students, and interns; assist with training and process improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate

Education: Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy

Licensure: Active Montana Pharmacist License (Required)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail or outpatient pharmacy experience

Preferred: Prior experience in an FQHC setting and familiarity with PioneerRx

Excellent munication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills
