What You’ll Get with Teachers Now

Daily Pay Between $90 and $120 – Your rate is based on your education and experience.

Pick Your Schedule – Work when you’re available, Monday through Friday, with options for full or half-day assignments.

Onboarding & Ongoing Training – We provide the tools you need to feel confident in the classroom. Tutoring experience is a plus but not required.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

At least an Associate’s degree or 60+ college credits (Bachelor’s or certification is a bonus, but not required)

A willingness to learn—experience is welcome, but not necessary

Strong communication and classroom management skills

The ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs

A focus on maintaining a safe, respectful learning space
In This Role, You Will:

Deliver lessons based on materials provided by the classroom teacher

Keep students engaged and on-task throughout the school day

Supervise students during class time, recess, lunch, and transitions

Support a positive classroom environment

For longer-term roles, collaborate with school staff to maintain instructional continuity
