We are looking for a reliable and organized Contractor Assistant to support daily operations for our residential construction projects. This role assists the contractor with scheduling, customer communication, paperwork, and job coordination to keep projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support to the contractor and project team
• Manage and maintain company calendars, including- Scheduling inspections, site visits, meetings, and deliveries
• Coordinating availability with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Sending reminders and updates to ensure schedules stay on track
• Assist with scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries
• Help prepare estimates, change orders, and basic project documentation
• Organize permits, invoices, contracts, and job files
• Process Payroll and collect time cards
• Run occasional errands such as:
• Dropping off or picking up documents
• Visiting the post office, suppliers, or city offices
• Picking up materials, samples, or coffee for the team
• Assist with material ordering and tracking
• Visit job sites as needed to support coordination
• Handle miscellaneous tasks that help keep operations efficient
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing and updating digital calendars
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Positive, helpful attitude
• Construction or administrative experience is a plus
• Quickbooks
